The participants work together in one group, and in the course of the program, they set up a project designed to solve a global problem, starting with the brainstorming phase continuing onto writing the business plan and presenting it to investors. In addition, they gain experience in management positions in the company, including CEO, product development manager, marketing manager and more.

Israeli mentors all of whom are senior business people from different segments of the business community accompany the participants throughout the program. Beyond the innovative tools and skills that the youth participants gain, they also get to know different cultures, learn about business conduct in different parts of the world, practice and strengthen their English language skills, form international business relationships, and as a bonus, gain friends from all over the world.

Among the places where the program has already operated and is now operating: Atlanta, Los Angeles, China, the former Soviet Union, New York and more.

Participation in the program takes place virtually through Zoom, culminating with a Demo Day , a festive event in which the program participants present together the project on which they developed to senior business people from all over the world.
