Unistream volunteers serve as mentors and business liaisons to the teens, and train and coach them as they develop their business ventures. Our volunteers don’t only share their vast professional knowledge with the teens, they also actively contribute to society, and gain a true sense of satisfaction from being role models for the next generation.

There are many opportunities for Unistream volunteers , including:

Leading various professional development and management workshops
Business mentoring – Mentoring groups as they develop business ventures
Professional mentoring – Personally mentoring teens in specific roles (management, marketing, human resources, manufacturing, and finance)
Hosting the teens at businesses and factories
Corporate “adoption” of a Unistream center
